Winemaking Notes: 12 plots of handpicked organic fruit. Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel, aged on lees

Producer Notes: 3rd generation winemakers on an estate founded in 1959. Tement has had a storied run so far, with one of their wines being recognized as the world’s best Sauvignon Blanc in 1991, and being named #15 on a list of the world’s 50 wineries most worth visiting

Area Notes: Sudstiermark is the smallest and southernmost appellation in Styria, the region located in the south-easternmost corner of Austria. It is warmer and more humid when compared to the rest of the country, with a continental meets Mediterranean climate
