The Canadian equivalent of extra virgin olive oil. The rapeseed for this oil was grown in Canada and is cold pressed, leaving all of the Omega-3, Omega-6 and Vitamin E. This is a very nutty tasting oil and is perfect for dressings. Basically, use this wherever you would extra virgin olive oil.
