Nose: Forward nose of apply fruit with citrus, toasted brioche and striking minerality
Palate: Dry and refreshing, with good acid and fine bubbles. Perfect balance between creamy, toasty and bright, orchard fruit, mineral driven sparkling.
Winemaking Notes: Champagne method Blanc de Blancs (100% Chard). Fermented in stainless steel, and then aged for 12 months on the lees.
