Clean, crisp, drinkable entry level orange wine. Light on tannins, high on flavour.
Nose: Meyer lemon, tangerine, green tea and orchard fruit
Palate: Lightly nutty, almond and citrus and a slight wheaty characteristic. Clean and refreshing, great acid.
Winemaking Notes: 17 day skin fermentation, hand harvested from Niagara’s Wismer Vineyard
Producer Notes: Nicholas Pearce is a Toronto-based wine importer who has a number of winemaking partnerships, based in P.E.C., South Africa and Oregon
Area Notes: Twenty-Mile Bench’s sheltered north-facing slopes and the air circulation from Lake Ontario provide for year round temperature moderation, setting up an ideal growing season for quality grapes
