Nose: White peach, strawberry, pink grapefruit.
Palate: Light, bright, crushable. Decent red fruit, lots of bracing acidity. Perfect dry
Winemaking Notes: Organic, 30 year old vines on clay/basalt soil. Fermented and
aged in stainless steel.
Producer Notes: Small producer in Pays D’Oc growing organic, small production
wines. Have a range of 2-3 reds and whites and one rose. Part of a co-op of small
producers called the ‘vignerons de nature’.
Area Notes: The Pays D’Oc appellation is one of France’s largest and most
productive regions, encompassing a massive range of southern France. It has a
Mediterranean climate, with hot dry summers and mild winters, with cooling
continental winds from the northwest.
