Winemaking Notes: Direct press method, with all varietals getting different times on the skins. Spontaneous fermentation in separate concrete tanks. Aged 7 months in fermentation vessel on lees. Blended and aged 2 more months in stainless steel. Bottled unfined and unfiltered
